  • It involves truly best-in-class training and nutrition guidance based on your goals and lifestyle, with regular support/monitoring via in-app messenger.

    But, most importantly, you'll be signing up to work directly with me, and I pride myself on my track record of producing amazing results and supporting my clients every step of the way in their transformation!

  • Yes, when I schedule your workout, I'll keep in mind both your level of experience and your goals. I work with beginners to advanced lifters. Upon sign up, you'll be required to complete a questionnaire via call; this will provide me with all the information I need to design your workouts.

    If you're a beginner, I'm going to ensure you achieve fantastic results in the quickest possible time and eliminate the guesswork.

    If you're an advanced lifter, then I'm going to ensure I take your training and knowledge to the next level.

  • Each exercise is accompanied by a VIDEO DEMO and key coaching points. Furthermore, for any exercise you're still unsure of, you can record yourself performing that exercise and forward it to me. I'll then assess your form and provide feedback – ensuring you're mastering your technique for future lifts.

  • When I create your plan, I'll design it around the equipment you have available. Having said that, if your goal is to build muscle and you have no equipment, then I'll usually recommend either joining a gym or purchasing some basic equipment; such as a set of adjustable dumbbells and a bench.

  • Many of my clients have jobs that require them to travel regularly; this makes online personal training an ideal fit for them.

    I'm happy to schedule the workouts based on your needs and accessibility so that you can stay on track while travelling.

  • I don't believe in labeling foods as 'good' or 'bad.' Instead, I focus on understanding your regular comfort foods. With this insight, I guide you by making subtle adjustments to quantities and ensuring you get the right balance of carbs, fats, protein, and fiber—all personalised to align with your goals for a sustainable approach for you to enjoy the process.

  • Most of my clients train 3 to 4 times per week, but I have clients who train once per week and have others who train over seven times per week. I'll Schedule upcoming workouts based on your regular performance to fit around your lifestyle ensuring it's realistic.

  • Online Personal Training is generally designed for individuals with a basic knowledge of exercise. While it may not always be ideal for those who have never touched a dumbbell, I've successfully worked with some incredible clients who experienced benefits even as beginners.

    If you haven't exercised before, opting for one-on-one Personal Training is often recommended. This allows trainers to accurately assess your form and movement patterns. With online coaching, you won't be interacting with someone in person, making it easier to avoid training and proper nutrition.

    Therefore, if you recognise a serious lack of self-discipline, you might be better off working face-to-face.

  • Pros

    • Cost-effectiveness - Prices are generally around 3 to 5K per month when we compare this to one on one PT, it's less than quarter the price.

    • Knowledge and experience - With Online Coaching, it means you can work with the best in the world, from anywhere in the world.

    • Nutrition support - With a lot of one to one PT's you'll not receive any kind of nutrition guidance, with online coaching they'll generally give you a full nutrition support and track it 100%.

    • Structured Training - This might sound crazy, but a lot of one to one PT's don't give their clients a plan, or even have a plan, often it's whatever they feel like doing on the day, we know that just doing random sessions with no structure or tracking is not the best way to work towards the desired goal.

    Cons

    • No direct coaching on form - Most good Online Personal Trainers will have video demos in place, but sometimes that's not enough for individuals to master the correct technique.

    • Not working directly with your Coach - A lot of big-time Online Coaches have a very automated system, or they have a team working with clients on their behalf, so you're not always working directly with your desired coach. However, this is not always the case, and you simply need to be selective when picking your Online Coach.

    • You'll need to have more self-drive - With Online Coaching you do not have a Personal Trainer waiting for you at the gym, so you need to be a lot more motivated to get yourself to the gym and pursue your goals.

    Now that we have gone through all the potential benefits and potential downsides you need to decide what works best for you.

  • You'll log your sessions via mobile, tracking every rep, set, weight, distance, and time using the app. I'll review this data and assist you in progressing toward your goals.

  • I'll measure your progress via many metrics, such as progress in strength (progressive overload), measurements, scale weight, improvements in endurance, and of course, assessing body composition changes via progress photos.

    Full measurements and progress photos are done every four weeks and only you and I will have access to your progress photos and all your data.

  • Absolutely! In fact, over 40% of my clients are vegetarians  It'll be my job to guide you towards the right way, the safe way, a way in which is conducive to your goals and avoids the infamous nutrient deficiencies that can occur from eliminated meat, fish and dairy.

  • I keep a close eye on your progress every day, monitoring everything from your food choices to your workout intensity. My goal is to highlight your personal bests and identify areas for improvement.

    With our constant connection on the app, I schedule your next day's activities based on today's achievements. This ensures we consistently move toward your goal at a pace you are happy with.

  • We stay in constant communication through the app—I'm your dedicated full-time coach, ready to receive your messages anytime. Each day, I review your dashboard, acknowledging your successes, identifying areas for improvement, and planning our focus for the upcoming weeks. This consistent feedback loop ensures you have the support, accountability, and motivation needed to achieve your desired results.
